"Comfy and Convenient for families"

Everything was great and comfortable for my family and I. We even had an iguana greet us for 3 mornings at the deck. The kids loved the pool facilities as well. We certainly enjoyed everything available and we rested well after a whole day of theme park excursions. The location was just perfect as the shopping mall was only a short walk away. I would not hesitate endorsing this accomodation, definitely recommended for families.

Nothing to not like.

"Fair accommodation but no love put into the home and no tea towels provided despite expecting clean dishes at checkout."

I liked that it was able to accommodate 7 of us in one place and it had a pool.

There were no tea towels provided despite checkout noting all dishes needed to be done. There was only 1 sample packet of manual dishwashing liquid. There was one other family who also booked inside of the resort a their place was cheaper and a lot of love had been put into the decor and vibe of the home. They were given two tea towels and a hand pump of hand soap and dishwashing liquid to do their dishes. They were also given salt and pepper and plenty of coffee and tea. There was also a board across the bench that didn’t quite fit the massive hole in the bench and we didn’t know what the hole in the bench was for. There was mould inside of the pipes of the bathroom sinks and there was no spare toilet paper provided.

We love this property. Beautiful staff, beautiful location.

Frypans not clean, food stick to them- non stick coating gone Pool gate out to bay is broken and hard to open No safety switch for stove to stop kids playing safety gate we asked for was missing bits to use it (did let office know) ending up with out youn one falling twice

So dirty The was so dusty and all furniture had damaged and dirty The floor doors and kitchen were so dirty. And to difficult to find parking space. The isle of palms resort they could provide the parking as we paged for it but wasn’t any parking spot. We had a bad accident just fine finding the parking which cost us a lot stressful. Wasn’t a good experience.
