Isle Of Palms Resort

I loved everything , it's a lovely place to stay. Clean and comfy, well equipped.

The cutlery drawers come right out if you pull them right open, but that's so minor. We loved it there, heck I could live there!

The location was perfect for our needs, there was a shopping centre a short walk which was handy for groceries, close enough to theme parks and surfers paradise if you want to visit. The pool is wonderful with a large spa and clean BBQ area, very tidy on the outside and I love waking up with a view, having two decks facing the water was lovely, and watching sting rays float past was wonderful. Air conditioning worked well and fans in each bedroom. Enough space for 5 of us, we didn't feel like we we're on top of each other. Staff were friendly and inviting.

Inside the place we stayed was quite dirty, every cupboard you opened there were crumbs, dust, dirt, cutlery and plates were dirty from previous guests, i went to get a pan out to cook breakfast on and there was old egg or something in it still. Shower screen had grime on it and old soap residue, There were weird brown drip marks on the back of the door in the bathroom. Carpet tacks/nails on the steps cut my daughters foot and stabbed me a couple of times which wasn't pleasant either. In saying all of this, I would definitely stay again. This is our second time here, and everything else is perfect.

The rooms were so dusty we were all coughing and sneezing all day and night. The washing machine was very very dirty that it made our clothes even dirtier and when reception said someone would come take a look - no one came and we couldn’t wash clothes for a week

The apartment was beautiful. Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Staff very helpful. Pool and spa were great.

Wifi available in the apartment would have been good.
