"Very Good"

The resort facilities were lovely. Black swans at your door. Nice pool and spa and bbq area. The room itself was run down and not as advertised.

It was supposed to be two queen bed rooms however only one queen bed and the rest were singles. Disappointing as we had two couples with children. Also one of the single bed was broken.

"4 bedroom Unit"

The unit had everything we needed. The view across the water is exceptional. We were given an upgrade as we had a last minute traveller. Rather than give us a rollaway bed, we were put into a 4 bedroom unit rather than a 3. I was very appreciative of this.The BBQ area, pool and spa are clean and tidy. I thought it was a quiet spot despite hearing the odd plane taking off. They were not very loud and the noise didn't last long.

The innersprung single beds were uncomfortable with the springs digging into you. We were there 3 nights and didn't sleep at all well. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each toilet, and not necessarily full rolls. We ran out but couldn't get any more when we requested more on the Sunday as the office isn't manned. I have stayed in paid accommodation before, and there is always a spare roll. I'm not sure if that's the norm for this place. I did email Management about the beds, toilet paper, and a leak we had under the kitchen sink, causing a lot of water to pour onto the floor. We fixed it ourselves and have informed Management via email as it was Sunday night. The beds were really the main issue. The rest of the place is awesome.

"Beautiful location"

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly. The unit could do with a little TLC but it was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back!

Cathy at the front desk was very friendly. Close to shopping mall and freeway.

Cracker crumbs throughout the unit. Blinds didn't block any of the light. Old cracked tiles in bathroom. Wet towel left in bath. Welcome letter stated you could borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but when we tried the young lady didn't know where there were kept.

Kathy at the counter she made she we were checked in and contacted me to let me know room was ready, she had the keys sorted and gave us helpful tips.

The beds weren’t comfortable but other than that everything was good
