Please note that the guest checking-in must be over the age of 18 and is required to present a valid photo ID and/or credit card. This credit card/ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Isle of Palms Resort in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Check out procedure: If you plan to depart prior to reception opening hours please ensure your bill is paid the day before. Please leave the keys inside the unit and lock the door behind you. Any outstanding balance upon departure will be processed automatically against the credit card provided on check in. Reception hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 – 16:30 Saturday, Sunday 9:00 – 14:00 Public Holidays - CLOSED Please note that for all same day bookings/arrivals, guests must arrive during reception opening hours. Please note that there is a 2.2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Guests booking to travel in the next 2 days must contact the resort directly in order to confirm their reservation. These bookings must arrive within the designated reception hours unless otherwise arranged with the resort prior to arrival.
