"Really old property, not really great value for the price paid. Just Meh!"

The view from the property Pool was great Staff were nice

Really old property. Needs a major uplift. On the first night we realised that the property had 4 light globes that weren't working. The mattress for the extra bed was horrendous. Furniture and fittings were broken or just about hanging on. NO WIFI - advertised as free wifi.

"Avoid like the plague!!!"

The views were great… that is it..

The property was very tired and dirty, it definitely needs some loving by someone with new furniture and a GOOD CLEAN. The lounge should be thrown in the bin it’s old, broken and filthy with sand and rubbish in it, the floors need a good scrub! My children would crawl on the floors and have black feet and knees in 30 seconds especially in the laundry. There were cockroaches all over the apartment, holes in the walls, doors off the hinges, lights not working, rubbish on the upstairs balcony, rubbish all in the garden and garage. We tried to play tennis on Saturday but found both courts were locked with a padlock and our key wouldn’t open, couldn’t go to reception as it was closed. This was a very disappointing stay I’m sorry and Honestly I would never stay there again!!

Great location. Excellent value for money. lots of room for our family

Car parking was very crowded and not much available. Advertised as 2 parks per unit but definitely wasn't.

"Facilities and location were great, but unit wasn't very clean and it is also very dated"

The facilities were great, main pool was enjoyed by the whole family, it was lovely and quiet, it was close to the shopping centre, great location, loved overlooking the lake, we were lucky to be upgraded to have our own swimming pool so we appreciate that. The staff were lovely too and yes thank goodness the sheets were clean but.....

However on the other hand the house was not clean and everything is very dated. Money is needed to upgrade the facilities to its former glory - I would then happily stay again
