City Hotel Frankfurt/M - Bad Vilbel

Hotel is clean and tidy, though a little dated. I was in Bad Vilbel on business in July and it was hot, unfortunately the hotel does not have air conditioning. The staff are courteous and helpful. I arrived late on Sunday night and the restaurant was closed. Had dinner there the second night and was disappointed the menu was not as advertised on the website and a little limited thought the set menu was nice.

Ungewöhnlich fand ich, dass mein Zimmmerfenster gegenüber eines Tagungsraum war. (Abstand etwa 5-7m)Es war dadurch nicht möglich den Vorhang zu öffnen.

Lufthansa missed its own connections so forced us here. It’s WAY from Frankfurt airport. Others at front desk complaining their rooms were already occupied!! NO AIR CONDITIONING. Hot as heck in the rooms. They do offer fans but how can a supposed four star hotel (per Lufthansa) not have AC? They do have buffet dinner and breakfast but that is all LH negotiated in.

Comfortable stay, easy parking,good breakfast. Unfortunate that the room has no AC

This hotel is well-situated, just outside of Frankfurt. The property is spotless, rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant serves delicious meals at a reasonable price. I could not have been more pleased with my stay there, and will definitely do so again when I next visit the area.

Soweit alles ok nur der TV entspricht nicht mehr der heutigen Zeit Bildschirm zu klein. Und leider wie in vielen Hotels zu dünne Bettdecke

Not too modern but still Nice

It was a spacious, modern room for an affordable price. The service was friendly and prompt. In comparison to some hotels in the area, the hygiene regulations were well respected. I will be coming back.
