The public spaces were beautifully designed and presented and very welcoming. There is a lovely courtyard space for alfresco working/relaxing. The breakfast was good quality. The staff were charming and helpful. My room was well designed and had everything I required.

It was quite a way from the city centre and quite far from the exhibition centre. There was no restaurant in the hotel and not so many restaurants or public transport in the neighbourhood. My hot water tap was not working in my room, which did not really bother me. I reported it and was told that it would be fixed.

"Nach dem Santos-Event zu Fuß ins Hotel."

Sehr gute Lage zu Santos-Grill. Parkplatz ist verfügbar und ausreichend groß. Das Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant ist sehr nett.

In der Dusche zu wenig Wasserdruck (ging aber).
