Großes Zimmer (Studio) mit separaten Wohn- und Schlafraum. Sehr großzügig geschnitten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Frühstück.

Etwas abgelegen und wenig Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Fußweg zu Lanxess Arena gute 20min oder Taxifahrt (ca 12€). Das war uns aber im Vorfeld bewusst.

Nichts

Extrem unfreundliches Verhalten. Trotz hoch ansteckender, nachweisbarer Magen Darmerkrankung hätte das Hotel eine Anreise erzwungen. Schutz der Mitarbeiter und anderen Gäste wurde bewusst ignoriert! Preis für diese Ausstattung und Kategorie lt. der Hotel Beschreibung und Bilder ist eine Frechheit.

Schönes Hotel, toller Eingang, ausreichend großes Zimmer mit Bad und Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon - Ausblick auf den romantischen Garten 😍 - Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr lecker und ausgewogen, nicht zu überfüllt. Sehr schön gestalteter Speiseraum. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da wir fußläufig in 20 Minuten an der Lanxcess Arena waren. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack zu weich, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Das wirklich sehr nette Personal, die Sauberkeit, Ruhe zum Schlafen, und die absolute Top Lage, um an einem Santos Grillseminar teilzunehmen. Es sind gerade mal 200 Meter.
