The staff are very friendly, and the room was comfy and clean.

The breakfast price online was listed as £18 per person. At the hotel it was £12pp, but we decided to go elsewhere by then.

Beautiful hotel in a historical mill. Many original features have been retained making the hotel an absolute historic delight. The rooms were very comfortable but what made it for us were the super friendly staff. They couldn't do enough for us and you felt very valued and very much an individual rather than just another guest in a big chain hotel. Location was perfect for us, not far from the River Tay and some lovely walks along with the shops and pubs in Perth. Parking on site but recommend getting there early to guarantee a space. There is plenty of parking all round the hotel though. Considering our stay included the night of Scotland's first world cup match it was very quiet and we had good nights sleep. Please be aware there is no lift, but the staff helped us with our luggage up to our room. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so lovely!

A pleasant full service city hotel in interesting location beside the old water mill in the historic centre of town.

This stay was free of problems, and would recommend to anyone. I noted that the one way system made locating it slightly harder in the car as a tourist visitor.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but did each lunch in the bar which was excellent and good value for money. Excellent location to be able to explore the city on foot.

The shower/bath was disappointing. It was as clean as it could have been but grouting needed redoing and the heat of the water and water pressure in the shower was poor in the shower.

It was on the level but cobblestone entrance difficult to pull cases over and not easy to walk on for someone using a walking stick. Old water mill was interesting.

Friebdly and speedy check in. Spacious bedroom, good bar with TV for the football. Central location just a short walk to the City centre. Good selection of food in the breakfast room.

No dislikes.
