Teabags in room on arrival would have been nice.

Old building, not in a charming way. Dark dingy and smelly.

Checking in time because 3pm is far too late.

The location was ok

The bed very uncomfortable bathroom was in a very poor state. no Air in the room room need AC or atleast a fan. Breakfast was Meh.

Food in the restaurant was decent but the rooms should be condemned. Floors are beyond squeaky. I had to request to be moved through the night. Very run down in the both rooms I stayed in and an awful smell of mould. Bathroom bins didn’t have bags in, which is unsanitary. This hotel is in serious need of an overhaul. On the plus side the staff were attentive.

Gutes Frühstück, reichlich Auswahl. Hotel ist gut gelegen.

Die Schritte von oben sind deutlich zu hören. Wenn man müde ist und schlafen will geht es schon, aber sobald sich oben mehr Leute aufhalten und bewegen ist das Gequietsche schon sehr penetrant. Einige Stellen die renovierungsbedürtig sind. Ist keine Bruchbude aber man sieht einiges das mal repariert werden könnte. Parken kostet 7£ oder eine Registrierung beim Anbieter. Allerdings gibts es Sa und So einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 50m weiter, das hat die nette Empfangsdame leider nicht erwähnt.

Very historic being old mill with features retained for viewing. Very friendly and helpful staff. In a quiet location but walking distance to points of interest. Comfortable bed, important after a long car journey.

Slight reservation over off site parking although over the road from hotel.

Good location, good price but needing updates of furnishings

Location centrale con parcheggio (a pagamento però ). Bella atmosfera di un vecchio mulino con acqua che scorre sotto. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. (Cinthia alla reception gentilissima, Bharath al bar super simpatico). Camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione abbondante e molto variegata con frutta fresca e prodotti per intolleranti a lattosio o glutine.

Piccoli dettagli nelle stanze farebbero la differenza. Porta del bagno con evidente ammaccatura. Doccia in certi punti macchiata e rovinata. Porta sapone macchiato (o sporco? Non si capisce). Insomma dalla reception curatissima alle stanze c'è un po di differenza nella cura dei dettagli . Ci sono rimasta male del parcheggio. Dalla descrizione sembrava facesse parte della struttura invece abbiamo dovuto pagare 7 sterline extra (circa 8 euro).
