Beautiful Setting and well looked after.

The bar staff were slightly green but reception staff friendly and extremely helpful.

Excellent facilities and grounds.

We had a room on 3rd floor with no lift. As we are in our late 70s, more thought should be given to room allocation.

"Comfortable stay at the Royal Berkshire"

Lovely hotel set in nice grounds, Reception staff were super accommodating and had our rooms ready early which was a big help. Bedrooms and pillows were really comfy.

Catering staff were quite slow with service even though no one else was around to serve and inexperienced in making cocktails etc for the lobby bar which I wouldn’t expect for this type of hotel.

The grounds were nice and staff were all attentive

Looks of bugs in the bathroom. Didn’t include a bottle of water in the room, no minibar and no room service.
