We enjoyed how comfortable the bedrooms are, the pool facilities and how good the parking was and how easy it was to get too.

Nice, spacious, comfortable room. Room was quiet too.

Shower door was difficult to keep shut. it didn't drain very well which meant you were standing in a pool of water and was a safety hazard.

Breakfast was good in parts but lacking in options for those of us not wanting cooked traditional English. Eg some fresh fruit or cold dishes would have been appreciated.

The choice of food in the evening. When chrcking in for a 4 night stay we were given little or no information re the hotel and its facilities. We had 2 heavy suitcases and were told our room was on the second floor. We had to carry the luggage up 4 flights of stairs as there is no lift. Quite a long distance to the room and no assistance offered. Our room was small and quite claustrophobic. There were no instructions about the facilities in the hotel or for operating the equipment. The only place to get drinks, hot or cold was at the bar that was not manned all of the day.9

The spa was lovely & relaxing, the location was perfect for us attending Lingfield Racing. The breakfast was great & set us up for the day.

The pillows on the bed were too small, the bed wasn't comfortable & didn't have a great sleep due to being cold

Location to Gatwick

Sadly a group of kids were running up and down the corridors shouting and banging on doors! Not what we needed when we had to be up for an early flight 🛫 On check on the couple next to us were offered robes for the spa, we were not offered anything and felt pretty unwelcome.

Rooms are quite outdated. I booked a double and got a room with twin beds so we pushed them together..not a big issue. But the Aircon rattled through the night and made loud noises when switched off. Air vent in bathroom also loud Needs some redecorating and upgrading unfortunately. The doors also let in quite a bit of sound from the Hallway
