Location (ideal for a visit to Standen House), super clean room, tea and coffee facilities in room, friendly and helpful staff. Super efficient team and clearly a well led and managed hotel. Price very competitive.

Easy parking, friendly, welcoming and polite reception team. Lovely big clean room. Nice bar and Lounge areas. Pool is nice and steam/sauna. The hotel is lovely clean, bright and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after.

All the staff we amazing, so so kind and polite. Just one let the team down, it was very hot when we stayed but he has an awful attitude and made us feel really uncomfortable. And you know as soon as you go for a drink or food you can hear him shouting at the other staff!! Also the worse pillows I’ve ever had to sleep on sorry to say.also let’s get the gardens sorted! Could be so beautiful!!
