All was great. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in hoping to get a room, but we did had to wait about 20 minutes. We had the room as promised, clean and comfortable…staff was courteous and attentive…

Very nice close to everything in Saratoga

The ac works in the room but took forever to turn on and the noise from the fan was very loud and raddled like crazy.

A good location if you are going to an event at SPAC, or doing anything in Saratoga Springs. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was not very clean (hair in drain.) Mostly a good room.

Overall stay was okay. Staff was helpful. When we got there- the room could have been cleaned better. The bathrook sink was draining slow. Clogged hair. The bathroom floor also had qtips on the floor and the bedding had long black hair on it- definitely was not mine as I have blonde hair. Other than that- convenient location, walkable to the downtown area.
