Hilton Garden Inn Saratoga Springs

Lovely quiet place to stay only 4 min drive to the main area with shopping and restaurants. Breakfast offered in the restaurant at the hotel very convenient. Bed was very comfy and the room was updated.

Property was clean. Lobby fantastic .we had a few problems with bathroom faucets. Would have loved a free breakfast.

Great location to SPAC.

John at the front desk and Lizzy at the bar are the best! John answered all of our questions that we had. Lizzy was very attentive. She has a great sense of humor.

Lizzy in the bar is by far my favorite part of Saratoga! Amazing customer service - hysterically funny and engaging! She is, legit, amazing! Great bartender and absolutely engaging and funny!

The room was spotless and we appreciated the full sized toiletries in the shower instead of the small one use bottles. The entire hotel is incredibly dog friendly and the front desk staff were so nice. We will 100% stay here again when we’re in the area.

Toilet paper on the floor of public men’s room first floor. There for two days. No paper towels in dispensers two days. Hallway was hot. Room AC/heat dysfunctional. TV channel selections were terrible - didn’t match with choices on screen. Room was quiet. No vent fan in bath. Front desk staff (a man) ok but not very welcoming. No cook for hot breakfast first morning. Staff member tried her best to manage the breakfasts. Cleaning people were very nice, but found a long black hair in bathtub.

Stayed for a night for a concert. Dirty room Dirty bathroom toilet didnt flush no ac in room was 80 plus degrees all night. On the plus side was the good location.

Excellent staff and property

Very disappointed with the hotel. Not the quality I would expect of a Hilton Garden Inn. Mold in bathroom at tub (not fixed after requested), bathroom sink slow to drain. Biggest surprise was that they don’t make up your room daily unless you request it AND not informed of this at check in. For $400 a night, I expected much better. Will not stay here again and it makes me question staying at another Hilton Garden Inn.
