Hilton Garden Inn Saratoga Springs

Beds are comfortable, but the air conditioner is very noisy,

Cleaning staff was especially nice. Location was very close to SPAC where we were going for a concert. Room was pleasant (but see "What didn't you like?" below).

Room was not ready 15 minutes before check in time which was inconvenient. Breakfast was not free, which we are accustomed to. Trim in room needed painting. Bathtub was filthy and rusty.

pros- the bed was very comfortable. Cons- I stayed 3 nights. my room was never cleaned. I wasnt given any more towels. The garbage was never emptied. When I checked inn was the only time any of the staff spoke to or acknowledged me even when I greeted them. The whole building was shabby and unkept. I have stayed at many of wonderful Hiltons so I never checked the reviews. That wont happen again.

Just stayed 1 night - good for a quick pit stop.

Very disappointed with price we paid for two nights & didn't get room service the second day not even clean towels!! We were told room service is ONLY every other day!! Had to make my bed as well & paid $669 for Saturday/ Sunday night!!

Great stay

Always the very best! Staff and rooms are exceptional!! Loke staying with friends!

Perfectly fine clean but needs to be updated. A few spots of chupoed paint and one rust spot in the tub. I am picky but it needs an update.
