Complimentary coffee by reception and also like the fact that we’re was a little shop with food to heat up as well. Lobby was comfortable enough to wait in for hours before we had to go to the airport

I reserved a room with “$25 property credit” which I thought meant we had money credit to spend at the hotel shop but turns out it didn’t mean that at all. Very misleading in my opinion, the hotel should elaborate on this in the booking details. Also housekeeping tried to enter my room just after 8am twice in a 20 min time span. I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door so it was very unpleasant.

Nice and next to airport

Sharing this so late due to multiple long lasting health difficulties. We chose to stay at this facility for the night of July 4 to get away from all the neighborhood noise. We had stayed here the year before and had NO problems. This time, however.....2 HUGE problems. SO huge we packed up and left at 4a.m. 1. The mattress was SOOO hard that when laying on my side my hipbones started to hurt after about 10 minutes. I was constantly trying to find a comfortable position for hours, but couldn't. 2. I was sleeping on the side of the bed closer to the door but also more in direct line with air coming out of the vents below the window. The air was colder than i wanted and I had to practically sleep with my head covered. The dial that was SUPPOSED to be there was GONE so we couldn't do anything. After hours of both of us not getting ANY sleep due to the hardness of the mattress, we gathered up our things and checked out. When I spoke to a manager the next day, he didn't seem concerned at all about the difficulties that made us leave. He didn't sound concerned that we felt we had no choice but to leave that early. He didn't have a good explanation for what happened to the air control dial. He also just said the mattress we tried to sleep on was one they had in all the rooms. No I apologize. No I'm sorry you found it so difficult you had to leave so early. No offer to refund our money or give us another night free in the future. NOTHING. Not only will we not stay there again ever more, but I will NOT recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the condition of their room, even for just 1 night.
