"Go for the bed!"

Great bed and pillows! Really comfy sleep as the bed and pillows were excellent. Pool much better than expected. Staff lacked smiles and engagement. Great location. They offer a shuttle to beach which we didn’t use. Lots of parking.

"Meh…. But nice pool"

Somewhat disappointed with the hotel based on the reviews. Staff barely engaged or smiled/greeted you. One woman was unpleasant for no reason. Housekeeping wasn’t top notch at times though this is pedantic - why not put the folded towels straight - but the floor could have been vacuumed and coffee facilities in room replaced properly (no stirrers). Pool was better than expected as was the spa. The choice and volume of music was perfect. Ample parking. Nowhere to the a decent coffee to takeaway. Just need to step up the service a little as it’s a Hilton, not one of the cheaper brands.
