Great price. Lovely, clean & the people that work there are great. They cleaned our room every day to perfection. Not one issue. Will definitely stay there again.

I really recommend this place!!

The hotel is beautiful, accessible, close to the beach and 5th avenue restaurants. The staff is helpful and accommodating.

We would have loved for the lobby bar to be open. It is a beautiful lobby.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. Karim at the front desk was a DOLL!!!! Excellent hospitality skills!!!

Our stay at the Hilton was really nice, centrally located to many Beaches, stores, and Restaurants we had a good visit to Naples, a lot of historical sites and pleasant staff too

Boring hotel. Staff rude. There is no complimentary valet parking, despite a notice at the front of the hotel advertising this service. Well you will be waiting hours before seeing a member of staff. On arrival we waited for Valet Parking..after a few minutes wait no one assisted so my husband took all our suitcases out of the car and then my husband parked our car... all whilst 2 male members of staff looked on. NO ONE OFFERED ANY HELP. I stood there with 4 suitcases and despite being seen by MULTIPLE staff members I was IGNORED. We struggled with our cases to the reception and in those first few minutes of our arrival, we got the vibe of this hotel. *** The hotel was full of bored lazy staff***. They were unhelpful and lack lustre. In 3 weeks in America we stayed in a total of 4 hotels in Florida, 2 of which have received 5 star reviews. I have given 2 stars only due to the comfortable bed and the large room. This hotel lost stars because of the staff. To the management.... Good Staff are the back bone of a good hotel. And some 'firing' of old staff and hiring of new staff is very much needed. We would NEVER stay in this hotel again
