Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

The breakfast was really good. You could order omelettes, French toast, or a waffle if you wanted. The waitress at breakfast was really good and personable.

The bed was a little too soft for my liking. We appreciated the pool and hot tub being open late, but the hot tub was so hot we could tolerate only a few minutes in it.

In room 222 the night lites broken Whoever painted the room had paint drips on the carpet and the chair should actually be replaced. With paint stains all over it

Beautiful rooms. The cleanliness was above and beyond. The staff cleaned our room everyday while we were there. The lobby staff and check in was excellent and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for all we planned to do.

Room was clean and breakfast was amazing. Breakfast includes made to order items like eggs, omelets, pancakes and waffles. Not included in room price, but I booked with breakfast to be included. Staff very friendly, especially ladies working breakfast tables.

Bed was a little hard.

The staff was courteous and the stay was great.

Our check in went really well. We were a little early and our room wasn't ready but they found an available room. The check in person did a great job. The hotel staff is very friendly. We ate the buffet breakfast and it was delicious, fresh & hot. They are pet friendly. We will be back.
