Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

I liked it was roomy, some of the staff were very nice especially the bar tender.

The area where the pool is smells horrible. We didn’t get to swim because the PH was too high on both days. Only stayed at this location to swim and my son didn’t even get to do that. I don’t like their fees for each night either because it’s not told upfront. They didn’t have maintenance when my toilet backed up so I had to plunge it and fix it myself

The first room I was put in didn’t have hot water, but I was moved the next day and it was fine. The bathroom could have been cleaner — there was hair in the shower that wasn’t mine. In general the hotel needs to be updated. Wallpaper peeling off, rust on the vents, etc.
