Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North

Location was perfect

Room had a few bugs, and the bedding could have been cleaner.

Great spot

It was clean and staff was friendly

The facilities were worn and dated. Mold in the bathroom ceiling and wall. I expect more from in Hilton, especially at the cost of the stay per night.

Only thing I didn’t like was being next to elevator and lobby. Some noise in the morning from people going to breakfast. Everything else was great!

Not the nicest Hilton Garden Inn ever stayed in. Restaurant and bar area very small. Did eat there but had drinks on the patio which was nice. Could hear roadway traffic while sleeping since our room faced the highway. Room needed updating from the furniture to the bathroom. Front desk folks at check-in were efficient and polite.

The hotel was really not that bad the two biggest things there that was lacking a little is the bed was uncomfortable and lacked decent pillows also the people partying outside are room past 11 PM at night makes it hard to sleep with the above things i mentioned other than that it was managable !!

This hotel in my experience was just disgusting. Make sure you check the back of the bed. I found - condom on the wall - food crumbs on the floor under the bed - dead roach by the window - room smelled fishy - back board of the bed was broken - toothpick on the floor

Food was not well prepared

I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for my visit to Charlotte for the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. I got my digital key before arriving, so checkin was easy. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I had dinner there a couple times and had some nice conversations with some of the staff. I had a classic fish sandwich for dinner both nights. It was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
