The staff was great. I was there for a family emergency and they were very patient and helpful. The nly let down was the pool, old exercise equipment and most of all the printer /PC in the business center did not work at all,.

For $ 180 the room was very overpriced. Mattress was dated and we were grossed out by ants: In the upulstored chair and crawling on the end tables and bed !

Internet needs alittke work

Nice rooms, relax and quiet. Just what we needed after a long day driving.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Restaurants walking distance.

Location to visiting area convenient

Outdated, carpet heavily stained, pool not working and not disclosed at booking, no housekeeping as we had to go get our own towels for 3 nights, breakfast not worth paying for, and hallways smelled of marijuana frequently for a nonsmoking facility.

Room was nice, hotel is clean my only issue was the wi fi signal was unusable and weak.I was unable to use my laptop in my room unless I used my hotspot. Hilton should be better.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte North and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. On the first night in room 217, I noticed a strong smell of urine coming from the pillows and bedding. I reported this to the front desk around 11 PM, and while I appreciated being moved to another room (201), the only compensation offered was a complimentary breakfast coupon. For the level of discomfort and inconvenience, I expected more proactive service recovery. On the second night, I discovered that the iron in my new room didn’t work. When I tried calling the front desk to request a replacement, I realized the room phone wasn’t working either. This forced me to walk downstairs to resolve the issue in person—yet another unnecessary hassle. While staff were polite and responsive when approached, the quality control and room maintenance fell far short of the Hilton standard I’m used to. I hope management takes steps to improve both room cleanliness and functionality for future guests.
