The location was nice. hotel staff very friendly

Rooms Ac barely worked. was just humid on our floor. had ants everywhere in our room….. mini fridge leaked water all over floor.

I booked a room with two beds, but when we checked in, we were initially sent to a room on the 5th floor that only had one bed. We went back to the lobby and informed the front desk. The staff apologized and gave us a new room on the 3rd floor, but unfortunately, it also had only one bed. We returned to the lobby again—still carrying all of our belongings—and let them know. After checking the system again, they finally assigned us a room on the 2nd floor with two beds. By the time we got settled, it was 7:52 PM. We went to the restaurant, which was advertised as open until 9:00 PM, but we were told the kitchen was already closed and they would be closing in 7 minutes.

The hotel was very comfortable. The front desk car was helpful.

The staff were all very kind upon check-in. The breakfast was very good. The rooms air conditioner was quite noisy when it cycled. The pillows could use an upgrade.

The room was very humid and moist. Definitely could use a dehumidifier otherwise it was good.

The rooms had a strong odor, like old, dirty furniture, and the decor felt very outdated — even the TV looked like it was from 2008. That said, the staff were truly kind and helpful, which made a big difference. The breakfast was also a positive aspect of the stay.

Me and a friend stayed 2 nights the first thing we liked was the hotel is close to highway and front desk was helpful and nice! The downside about the stay is the elevator was scary when it gets ready to go up it has a hard lift off we had to hold on to the real to brace ourselves and the room door wasn’t closed all the way we had to push once we entered the room and pull when exiting the room to make sure door was closed , and also the bathroom door was hard to close and hard to open the toilet and shower had rust or something dark brown in it and yes I have pictures of the bathroom. But the bed and pillows were very comfy.
