Friendly staff. Quiet. Easy parking. Room service didn’t show up. Towels brought quickly with a phone call to the desk. Clean room. Safe. Would stay again if in Tampa. Reasonable rate. Overall, B

Staff were professional, friendly, and empathetic. We needed to use the nearby cancer center. The staff went out of there way to help, accommodate, and welcome us. We plan on staying here each time we need to.

I did not like that we were on the 5th floor with a family that was staying for a family reunion. We were not a part of that group, but I think that they thought we were. There were a lot of fuss in the hallway, and also, we did not have access to clean towels. We were advised that the house keeping person that service our rooms did not work on weekends. So, we found someone else housekeeper and that how we got clean towels. Also, that group was at the pool was LOUD! Playing music and talking and singing until 10:00 that Saturday night. When we got there to check in, they told us we needed to pay a $50 service fee that will be refundable. As of today, that has not been done. Please advise me when and how long this will take. Thank you

Basic hotel

The location was ideal for the activities we had planned for the trip. The parking is adequate, and the staff are friendlly and greeted us every time we entered the hotel.

The rooms were old and smelly. We booked three rooms, 2 queen and 1 king suite. There were various issues with each room. We reported them to the front desk. All three rooms smelled moldy and unpleasant, the carpets were dirty and the furniture dusty. The water system in the king room was either too hot or too cold. The hot water was scalding. We called the front desk initially because the water was only coming out cold, so we were told to open and close it a few times and hopefully the hot water would come out. We also called the front desk about the AC unit in one of the queen rooms, it was fixed once the technician came out. More importantly was the lack of information the front desk should have shared with us regarding the construction or renovation that was taking place during our stay. The noise was unbearable. We could have made some other arrangements had we had been informed of this inconvenienece.

Clean, and newly renovated rooms! Comfortable King size bed, fresh bed linens, spacious room and nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful front desk staff (Diamond). Quiet location off of the main road, and only a 5 minute drive to the University and Adventhealth hospital. The pool & jacuzzi area was very nice, and provided lots of lounge chairs and tables. They offer a full breakfast (at a cost) and also provide a dinner menu.
