Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte Pineville

The place is fairly nice but you can tell it was a smoking hotel at one time. The area isn’t bad and there is lots of parking. Everyone here is very nice.

Location was great

The room wasn't very clean. We found a really long, gross toenail in our made bed. And when we turned on the bath, the water came out brown at first.

The the location, conditions and cleanliness of the facilities were great. And the price even better

Great stay

The inconvenience started immediate upon check-in when the room keys system was unavailable, and someone had to walk you to your room. Everytime you left your room. The room was not dark at night, and the pillows are uncomfortable. The room was supposed to be handicap accessible, but it was regular height tub that was very slippery

The property was excellent and an ideal location.

The staff was great. Always willing to help with whatever we needed. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of places to eat and the hotel offers food as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will return whenever in the area.
