Manager Alexander was an evil man I told him I have Covid and have to cancel stay and he still charged me. SMH he told me to come into hotel with my Covid. He was not empathetic at all.

"NOT FEELING LIKE A HILTON HONORS MEMBERS"

I reserved two rooms; one with a small pet, the other with no pet. The established rate on their website was $50 for a small pet. When I received the invoice, I was charged $75 for each room ($150) for a pet in each room. Obviously, their is a major disconnect as they don't even know their own established rate. (After speaking with corporate billing, they are going to refund $100 back to my card in the next 5-7 days.) I arrived late at night, 11:00 pm. When we entered the hotel, the first thing I noticed is that the pool wasn't operational. There was nothing I could find on the website indicating the pool wasn't operational. When I arrived at my room on the 3rd floor, the ice machine was inoperable. After speaking with the front desk, I need to go to the end of the hall on the 1st floor to get my ice. After 20 or so minutes in the room, the power went out in the hotel. There was a severe storm; however, I am not sure they had any back up systems as it was totally dark. To my knowledge, no one came around the floors to check on guests. In the morning, a fight breaks out on the 3rd floor with lots of screaming and yelling. The shining star of this stay was the kitchen and server staff. They were very friendly and provided great service.

My car was broken into at the hotel parking lot during the night, along with 8 other vehicles (same night). Cop informed me this has happened numerous times at this hotel. AC unit was covered with a thick layer of dust.
