How it was in town were all the restaurants

Cleaning and it was falling apart. They redid the outside to look really nice but the inside needs lots of help!!

It didn't start off very well, but the night manager came in and straightened out the room situation and literally saved the day. It was all happiness from there. My room, the one I always stay in, suddenly became available. The manager was empathetic, kind, accommodating and professional, she is just the kind of person you want running your hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the cook/server gracious and accommodating. I'd go back just for the way she greeted you, so welcoming, and the way she cooked the bacon!! Friendly staff only enhanced the short stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! High ceilings, lots of light, tasteful furniture, with a wide open feeling as you walk in. Did I mention spotless; maids do an excellent job. I love coming here and will return!

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind! It made our hard trip visiting for a memorial very smooth at the hotel. The rooms were very comfy and clean. We loved the beds they were so comfortable! The pool and spa was very nice and clean as well! The restaurant staff had great personality too!

Need to upgrade showers the water pressure was ok..The breakfast was simple but good. Eggs bacon toast yogurt coffee oj. Its free so we were greatful.

The Breakfast was ok and was a pleasant setting. There is no place to eat a meal otherwise within walking distance.

The Burger restaurant is only open on weekdays so no hot food or coffee during the week unless you bring your own hot food or keurig pods and bottled waterRoom was poorly maintained, shower head could have been replaced with a hose end as it didnt shower at all and drain plug in sink not attached. 3 paper cups for coffee machine with tap water for keurig and only 4 keurig pods of which there was one decaf, and one tea. Room had been reserved for 3 nights and there was no maintenance to replace the unwrapped paper cups nor the coffee. We had no kleenex beyond three or four pieces and had to ask the room cleaners in the hall for a new box. This was labeled as a suite but did not have the advertised sofa just 2 chairs. The good is that the morning breakfast was pretty much ok and the staff was really nice and friendly on the good side and the room was clean. Overpriced or under maintained is the question? All in all was a little better than a motel 8 but not a hotel. Rating 4 of 10 possible.
