"Lovely treat and a great finale to our Canada vacation"

We arrived early so were very happy that we could get in to our room - and we were given a 2 bed suite (vs 2 x queen room). Lovely Falls view.

Cost of on-site parking is ridiculous vs other options nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Niagara Falls, and I would like to sincerely thank Owen and Winnie for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted me with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Winnie, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. When I requested a room upgrade, she happily assisted me and made it happen with such warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile. She made me feel valued as a guest and truly exceeded my expectations. Owen was also fantastic—very helpful, cheerful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitudes and excellent service made a huge difference during my stay. I would also like to thank Hilton Niagara Falls for having such amazing employees who clearly care about their guests. Staff like Owen and Winnie are a big reason why I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to visiting again soon!

"Best bedroom view !"

Best views of both the Canadian and American falls. Loved it! Also the sunrises we encountered were exceptional. Room big enough. Clean. Comfortable king bed. Whirlpool bath. Good in general. On the downside check in was slow, and there were new staff training on reception and some were extremely unprofessional. We will not name names. Not the best reception team overall but we did take this up with the reception manager. Internal bar was lacklustre although the staff were lovely. The view made it for us!
