Garden Court Hotel Aylesbury

A perfect stay. Excellent Reception, perfect location, plenty of parking, large well furnished room, spacious newly furbished bathroom, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, free wifi, lovely breakfast: full English cooked to order and Continental.

The accommodation is basic but comfortable. The pool is excellent. We had a few issues with trying to book breakfast that would be safe for celiac children but the chef and manager sorted the problem - we were most appreciative. It was a plus to be able to walk through lovely park lands to a pub serving good food and suitable for families overlooking a lake, The accommodation is close to Aylesbury and National Trust properties.

its surroundings were really nice, close to Lakeside pub/food, a sauna /gym/pool 2 min walk from hotel, Rooms very tidy and clean, plenty big enough for a family, car parking is easy even a recharge point for 2 electric cars, close to the main road, i had an excellent 3 night stay

The hotel is ok for a business trip with free parking and free wifi. Parts of the hotel such as the corridors look dated and dark. Bathroom dated with a bath and shower curtain and rotting wood at bottom of door frame. I didn't eat at hotel so can't comment. Bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were very thin with not much filling in them. Located in quite a quiet area and you need a car to travel around although there are a few shops within walking distance.Stayed at much better hotels and worse so mediocre on the whole. Staff friendly,

Only complaint would be the AC wouldn't turn off. The bathroom makes so much noise. Just turning on the tap or flushing the loo makes the most unbearable sounds!

Beds comfy lovely feel to bedding room spotless staff very polite could not fault good food at breakfast

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN WITH A LOVELY VIEW. THE TOILET NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE BAR AREA WAS DULL AND NOT WELCOMING.

The room was clean but there is clearly an issue with the plumbing in this hotel. Over two separate rooms, one had a shower that veered from boiling hot to freezing cold seemingly at will and with immediate effect. In the second room there was next to no water pressure and, although the shower could be persuaded to maintain a reasonable and constant temperature, it did so with just a trickle of water. In addition the wash basin in the second room took an age to drain away and seemed to fill rapidly even when doing something as brief and innocuous as just rinsing a toothbrush.

Lovely hotel great room and parking fab.we did not eat there but would defo book again.
