Hotel is looking a bit tired. For the price I would have expected it to be a little nicer

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield by IHG. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, well-maintained environment. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, all presented with care and freshness. The hotel’s facilities were excellent and convenient for exploring Sheffield and the surrounding area. Overall, the exceptional service, spotless rooms, and great amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield and look forward to returning on our next visit to the city.

Stayed one night as a party of 4 two separate rooms each with 2 double beds and ensuite bathrooms...the rooms were spotless beds were super comfortable staff were very helpful and friendly when in sheffield again i wont stay anywhere else.

A very pleasant hotel in a good location with parking. Large, comfortable room, clean. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Nice room basic amenities. Unfortunately the room got very hot and to have the window open meant listening to the hotel fans humming all night.

A lovely, traditional hotel, but with all the modern conveniences. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is excellent.

Stunning breakfast, excellent range of food that catered to many palates, very clean room, friendly staff, lovely building- exactly what we needed and would stay again!

Hotel was dirty. Food from bar sent back as the sandwich had no filling. Dead bugs on the stairs and on the window sills next to the table in the restaurant. Hot breakfast was in fact cold. Don’t visit - certainly not worth the money and like no other Crowne Plaza that I have visited.

The hotel was fine but we had a terrible night sleep because of noisy guests. We booked this hotel rather than a budget alternative to avoid this type of behaviour. I’ll choose somewhere else next time.
