Nothing. Mr. Irpan (restaurant staff)are very hardworking to serve the customer. Some of the staff gave many excuses.

Service not really good. Response very slow. Food served not as listed in menu.

The back & shoulder massage at the spa was bery good.

The hotel room facilities were very basic. Location was very remote & no nearby attraction

The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff, top notch. Also enjoyed the facilities like the swimming pool, the pool table at the lounge and especially the spa. The food was great at the Terrace Cafe, Akatonbo Teppanyaki and Thai Orchid

Om 1 minor thing was the lever in the toilet where we want to switch from shower to tap for the bathtub did not work. And as we used our debit card, the hotel did not allow us to hold the bill thus not allowing us to order room service from our mobile phone. We had to call the operator which transferred us to the restaurant to place our order which was a little troublesome. Everything we ordered, we had to make payment once served. Other hotels we've been to allows us to hold rhe bill till check out even when we use our debit card. This was already highlighted to the hotel when I gave my review and they will look into the matter

A nice family resort with a sizable pool. A good Thai and Teppanyaki restaurants. Rooms are big. Staff is very kind and helpful. 2 Golfs nearby

Old style. Old windows, old bathroom, in the middle of nowhere. Nothing around the hotel. No beach.
