Fairbridge Hotel Cleveland East

Got first flloor and quiet as we requested. The bed was OK. Our $60 deposit was refunded OK.

A/C was noisey. Didn't like the smell in the room and could not open the window.

Nothing

First room looked like someone slept it in. Requested another room. Sheets/covers/ very wrinkled, A/C on unit window did not work properly, Toilet lid cover loose and missing screws, handle on toilet not working also loose, Front guest window completely covered with a type of plastic covering, could hardly hear the agent, no smiles, no greetings, poor customer service. Very hot in lobby and not clean. Noisy room guests next door. Will never stay there again.

Cigarette burns and rust stains on every surface of the bathroom, stained washcloths and towels. Toilet would not flush. Holes in sheer drapes,

I did not have breakfast, I left the facility after seeing my room and the bathroom that was dirty with urine splash over the back of the toilet. Also there was garbage behind the door that had been swept into corner and never removed. I have some photos that have submitted .

The room and bathroom was dirty.

The price was decent

Room was not cleaned very well. We had roaches in our bathroom.
