Fairbridge Hotel Cleveland East

We did not finish our stay. We ended up leaving this hotel cutting our losses and staying at another facility. The room smelled like pure cigarettes. There was pubic hair on the toilet seat, hair and scabs on the bathroom countertop. The neighboring tenants were very noisy. And the one attended on staff took no accountability for anything

Nothing, it’s worse than you would think. Bookings ratings were no where near correct.

Everything, weed/smoke smell throughout, floors dirty in bathroom, shower wasn’t cleaned, bed was made but sheets were not changed, pillows still had drool stains from someone else and still had hair all over them, trashcans were not emptied, fridge still had leftover food in it and heater was a fire hazard with the amount of dust piled up on the vents.

Everything was acceptable.

Amenities for patrons to warm ordered food was sub-par.and not clean. Unacceptable.

Nothing the room was dirty and had bugs

I didn’t like the fact that the bed had feces and bugs on it
