Convenience, Comfort , safety , cleanliness, Starbucks coffee shop , Citibank ATM , in House restaurant, free Breakfast, & a great staff

just one guy at the front desk at check -in would not end his phone call but the women next to him was more than happy to help me get checked in , she was very helpful & professional I found were to stay when in Guadalajara, hands down .
