"They need to make sure that their lights and appliances stay in working order"

The facility was clean and the staff was very nice

Our bathroom light went out and we called for someone to come and fix it, but there was no one to fix it, and I end up slipping in the tub

"Still an Excellent Value"

The room was clean and quiet with plenty of towels and a coffee maker. The room has a mini kitchen and a quality TV. This was my third stay at this motel and it continues to be an excellent value.

Really nothing that comes to mind.

Staff were friendly and room was large

website said hotel could arrange transportation from airport - completely erroneous advertising. Stayed a week with virtually no housekeeping - even had to take our trash to the front desk for disposal. Nothing like this indicated in online description. No sidewalks and nothing particularly attractive about area.
