Beds sliding around on the frame is horrible and holding your employees to a higher standard is a must. The lady that checked me in lied to my face by telling me that there were no rooms available even though I checked availability before showing up. When I asked her if she can check she just kept telling me that "we don't have anything". So, I went outside and booked the room which took about 10 minutes, she argued with me that I didn't have a reservation even after showing her my confirmation number. After a short period of time I said fine I will call corporate she then told me to hold on and magically my reservation just pops up. I would've gave her the benefit of the doubt if there was a computer error or something like that, but it seemed like she just didnt want to do her job especially when she couldve just booked me a room from the start. Horrible customer service and lazy initiative on her end.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious. The location was isolated from all the other hotels.

Non smoking property. No hair dryer in the room. The bed was kind of crunchy feeling with the mattress pad.
