We had a great time
Location was good but that’s all it had going for it. It looked and felt dirty.
The hotel was wonderful was a bit inconvenient that they were doing some remodeling on our floor. The breakfast could definitely get an upgrade. One of the keys didn't even work and the wifi was crap literally no signal. Staff was friendly location was convenient around restaurants. There was security on our parking lot I loved that. Ice machine didn't work on 3rd floor. No drink vending machines on the floors. Only one was were they serve breakfast and it was broken. Did charge a deposit when we already paid up front. We were not informed of that.
I had 3 issues that made my stay the worst ever. First the room smelled like smoke. Not cigarrets just smoke in general. Second i killed 2 lizards and was worried for more. Third the AC was extremely hot all night i got to the point that i was sweating. Terrible.
We prefer staying here because it’s walking distance to the music entertainment at the venues along the bay side as well as amusement area.

Beds are not comfortable at all
Humidity in the halls. Key cards fail frequently and no airflows in restrooms. But it was very calm. Staff is very kind.
Everything was good overall. It was clean and the beds were soft. Super cold room!
