Expedia is a huge disappointment !!! No reservations on system when we showed up to the hotel !!!!
The staff at this establishment is great, they really accommodate. The place is older and you can tell. There was candy stuck on the floor in our room when we arrived, and the couple of times they cleaned while we were there,they did not clean it. I was unable to get it to come unstuck. But again the staff there is really great

It was a beautiful hotel. It definitely needed to be updated in some places. The location was excellent. The parking was fantastic! The security guard and cleaning staff were very nice.

Folks were very helpful in finding an item we had left behind. Didn't like that the carpet in the hallway had a old smell, there were lamps with burned out bulbs, the internet wasn't working.
Staff is very friendly. The only thing is that the TV channels quality was poor other than that everything was great
