The beach and gym were great. The room itself was comfortable.

First, the service was poor. I called the reception ten times and only once did they answer. Second, during the majority of the nights I stayed, there was loud music coming from the beach area too late at night which disturbed our sleep. Finally, there should be a kettle provided to make tea and boil water but there is none.

Building of interesting architecture. Great location. Swimming pool area and open air garden were nicely designed and friendly to the tenants. Excellent bar, nicely decorated. Vey good breakfast.

The swimming area at the beach in front of the hotel was very limited. The room needed some renovation. Very expensive breakfast.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The installations, although very old, are beautiful in the common areas. It is a historic hotel. Good breakfast for 35 us dollars. The beach in front of the hotel is very convenient and it feels safe. Great pool downstairs.

Our toilet was broken. The front desk refused to move us to a different room. An employee fixed it and it lasted one day. Then it broke again. It was very inconvenient. The windows in our room didn’t open, I suppose that’s the standart safety procedure there, but i prefer if windows do open for some fresh air to get in the room. I specifically booked a queen size bed, and got a regular double bed, which I wasn’t happy about. Our room had a view of walls and a parking lot, so no ocean view.

Great location in the centre of Nassau, we were in the centre of things in seconds. Comfortable. Lots of choice of beach / swimming pool towels, free water at the pool. We enjoyed watching the cruise ships go out between 4.30 and 6 pm, turning right in front of us.

Beware when the cruise ships leave the city closes down. We struggled to find anywhere to eat ( previous reviews suggested not eating at the hotel). However there is an excellent sushi restaurant opposite.
