The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Stayed on 26 may to Attend funeral next day with my partner.stayed in room 117. room was clean it was raining that night.broken guttring out side our window.noise of gushing water kept us awake.checked out early next morning.reported it to receptionist.they said they report it to maintenance.had to go for sleep in car after funeral because we were so tired after disturbed sleep before driving back to Glasgow.Theresa McKenna.

Air conditioning and coffee machine working reported and staff just said they would report it never slept all night as to hot spoke to IHG and all they gave me was a 1000 reward points which works out about £6 wow

Everything about the hotel was fine other than allowing dogs to stay, there must have been a dog in the room we stayed in at some point. Although the room was spotlessly clean it still triggered my asthma off.

The fact that it was so much more expensive just because it was a bank holiday, we got exactly the same package as we would have if we was traveling a few days later but had to pay much more.

Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room.

Strange arrangement of furniture in entrance lobby had an unwelcoming feel which gives the wrong impression as the staff are very welcoming. A lot of the upholstered furniture, particularly in the bar area, is tired and needs a good clean. Would be so easy to remedy and would elevate the whole atmosphere.
