Heel duur voor de kamer. Proper maar kamer had likje verf nodig overal vochtplekken licht dat niet werkte en ontbijt was minder goed dan vroeger.

Great hotel. Staff fab. Nothing was too much trouble. Only stayed 1 night as went to a wedding. I would of liked to have stayed longer. The afternoon tea for the spa ladies looked amazing 👏

So very pleasantly surprised. We stay in quite a few hotels, mainly utilising another chain, but this Holiday Inn really shone above the rest. From the moment we got in, everything just got better and better. Mel on reception is lovely and nothing too much trouble. Eileen in the bar, again such a really nice lady struggling mostly on her own, but did well and apologised more than once for the wait. Ethan in the restaurant…. Really nice guy, efficient and had a great sense of humour with just the right manner. The food was excellent, well above normal hotel standards. I particularly recommend the Lancashire Hot Pot. At breakfast, good selection of fruits, cheeses, meats and excellent selection on the hot food side all in a very clean area. After breakfast, asked Annette on reception for late check out. The response was instant, no problem at all. What time would you like. None of this hang on I’ll have to look. Will definitely make the effort to ensure future routs allow me to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Modern and clean hotel. Comfy bed. The spa treatment was brilliant! Lovely restaurant and bar. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay special! Keep up the great work :)
