They don’t take cash

So clean and welcoming. Smelt gorgeous in reception and up the stairs. Reception staff were exceptional absolutely lovely and very helpful. Room was brilliant, warm, comfortable and clean.

Pool was lovely but very cold and kids were unruly. Poor girl at the desk was absolutely over run, way to busy for her to manage on her own, especially if any accidents were to happen. Not fair to have her on her own down there, with gym, pool, sauna, changing rooms etc too much for one person. Full length mirror would better the rooms amd some more tea and milk but overall the rooms were lovely

Clean and lovely staff

Near a very busy road could hear traffic in the night. Also a funny drain smell in bathroom. People shouting outside at 3am walking their dog.
