De locatie was overal dicht bij . Vriendelijk personeel . De kamer werdt om de 3 dagen schoonmaakt . Het personeel toonden ook interesse aan de klanten . Ik was zeer tevreden en zat voor de 2e x bij hun . Ik zal zo wie zo weer bij hun terug komen . Ik kan het wel aanraden. Groeten Humberto

Misschien een klein min puntje de handdoeken mogen voor mij apart wel elke dag verschoond krijgen . Want je douche paar een x op een dag door de warmte .

Дуже гарна територія, в стилі Балі. Багато зелені, архітектура неймовірна. Атмосферно, зелено.

Настільки пахло сирістю, що неможливо було знаходитися в кімнаті. Дихати важко. Намагалися ігнорувати цю вологість, але це просто неможливо. Під кондиціонером висів аромапакет, але це взагалі не допомогло. Кондиціонер направлений прямо на ліжко, не подумали заздалегідь як його розташувати. Ми не пробули в номері й 10 хвилин, не змогли. Попросили відмінити бронювання. Нас просто послали розбиратися з букінгом. Зробили запит на безкоштовну відміну - не підтвердили. Довелося відміняти зі штрафом. Персонал спочатку був привітний, а потім, як дізналися що ми хочемо скасувати бронювання - трохи грубо відповіли, щоб ми звільнили кімнату максимально швидко, бо інші гості хай заселяються, а не ми. А по факту - ми мали право ще добу бути в готелі, але нас просто виселили. Незаконно і неприємно.
