Great location, clean with good facilities

AC could have been better

Hotel was spotless , staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was a bother

Nothing everything was good

Clean food was good

Some staff on reception not overly helpful or friendly. Lifts out of order which wasn’t good for my disabled husband. No apologies offered due to this. No information about the hotel unless you scanned a code which wasn’t linked to the hotel. Told staff about this not overly concerned. When we did get on was just the hotel info not on the internet not information I normally get in the hotels I stay. Usually have guest information in a book or on the tv which I find very useful. A signed card from hotel leaders is no use to anyone

Pool was shut from 3.45pm for me this is unacceptable for a hotel. When I arrived at 9pm after travelling 4.5 hours I was told no hot food and offered a cold sandwich and I had to go out to get hot food which was really poor.

Was a very pleasant stay in the mercure room was very spacious and was clean and comfortable
