Mercure St Helens

Location, staff friendly.

Room had several small faults. Safe did not work. AC was poor. Requested a fan. This was exactly the same when I stayed previously. No lunchtime restaurant only sandwiches. Breakfast was poorly presented and always had to request items. There was a surcharge for an omelette?

Lovely and light. Felt luxurious and spacious. Room was big. Air con was amazing. Staff helpful and friendly.

Nothing. Was perfect.

The bed was nice and firm but still very comfortable, I must ask them what sort of matress that was, it was more comfortable than my bed at home, best night's sleep I've had in a long time.

The air con was quite noisy, and because you couldn't open the window you needed it on constantly.

Air con did not work Staff did offer tomove us but was ok for one night Your staff where very helpfull and kind

The staff where so helpful and so clean

Been up here a few times, very clean, staff all ok, enjoyed my stay!.

Shower in my room was running hot and cold, corner of the car park where you walk into st Helens next to the range store could do with paving or something as it's a bit slippy and Muddy only way into the town centre.

Lovely place to stay close to train station to get to center of Liverpool
