No breakfast buffet .Some lame excuse offered.

Being asked at 2p.m. for an EXTRA £10 for a 1 hour earlelier checking. This to me SCREAMS bad, poor, mean lack of care for the guest. It SCREAMS at me YOU ARE NOT WELCOME....WE WANT MORE MONEY FROM YOU.
