The service provided by the staff was exceptional, every complaint and request was addressed, and we were pampered and offered room alternatives. The food was delicious, very veried and of a high standard.

ארוחת ערב זוועת עולם- סטייקים בשר ירוד - לא לעיס ביקשתי פותחן לבקבוק בירה דרשו ממני כסף כדי להביא לי פותחן לחדר- פותחן -כסף???- הלם!!!!! מנהל הקבלה בחוצפתו ביקש ממני בצק אאוט לא לרשום תגובה כאן נוכלות במיטבה- על מה בדיוק משלמים שם כסף איכסה
