Nice hotel helpful staff

The music was loud in the pool area

I like the spa, the access to the shops, the stuff people were very nice, also front deck. room are nice but need an upgraded.

pillows are not great , room is great, but I feel if someone is smoking on a different balcony I can smell it in my room . breakfast area like a jungle - very hard to have access to coffee and/or omelet - to wait 20 min for an omelet is to much for my opinion, also pool very packed , I couldn't find a space near it.

מלוכלך מאוד. אין חנייה מיטת ילדים מטונפת ולא נוחה כלל אין ישיבה במרפסת שטיח מלוכלך ואי אפשר ללכת יחפים הרגל מיד שחורה. המקלחת מטונפת והידית כולה שומנית כי לא נקייה כלל. הוילונות לא נפתחים בקלות כלל... האוכל לא הכי טעים..

הצוות היה אדיב, החדר היה נקי, שירות חדרים מסתובב במהלך היום ובודק אם חסר משהו, ארוחת הבוקר היתה נפלאה.

במקלחת עלה ריח לא נעים כשפותחים את ברז המים.
