I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this review because I could write pages and pages about how amazing my stay was at Safir Sharm Waterfalls Resort. From day one until the very last day, this has been one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had.
First of all, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms may be a little older in style, but they are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Cleanliness was consistently excellent throughout my entire 14-day stay, which says a lot because sometimes service drops after a few days — but not here. The standard stayed amazing every single day.
When I first arrived, I wasn’t happy with the music and noise around my room because I personally love peace and quiet. The staff handled this perfectly and professionally. I was promptly offered several different room options, all of them beautiful, until I found the perfect peaceful space for me. That level of care and patience genuinely impressed me.
Now let me talk about the real star of this hotel: Mr. Jordan Joseph. Honestly, this man is the GOAT of customer service. I’m sure his name appears again and again in reviews for a reason. He has been absolutely incredible throughout my stay. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and truly enjoys making guests happy. Nothing felt forced or fake. Every time I needed help, advice, or support, he was there with professionalism, kindness, and a smile. People like him are the reason guests come back.
A huge thank you as well to housekeeping staff Basam Shaban. This man made my day every single day. My room was cleaned beautifully, always spotless, and he added little towel decorations and flowers that genuinely made me smile. His kindness and consistency over two full weeks did not go unnoticed.
And honestly, I wish I could name every single staff member individually because every single person I encountered was amazing — from the cart drivers who transported guests around the resort, to the shuttle/bus drivers going around the compound, especially helpful in the heat when walking can become exhausting. As someone who admits they are not the fittest person, I genuinely appreciated that service more than words can explain.
From reception, the restaurant teams, breakfast staff, bar staff — everyone was warm, kind, professional, smiling, and welcoming every single day. Simple things like “good morning” and genuine smiles made such a huge difference.
The resort itself has everything — spa services, nail shops, activities, restaurants, beach access, beautiful scenery — and what I loved most was that nobody was pushy. The activity staff and vendors were respectful, professional, friendly, and relaxed. They let you enjoy your holiday peacefully without pressure.
The breakfast was fantastic, the beach was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the kebab restaurant… wow. Absolutely delicious. I will genuinely dream about those kebabs forever.
If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would simply be to add more restaurant and snack options around the resort for guests who may want more variety, sandwiches, or quick food choices during longer stays.
The only small negatives for me were:
- The rooms are slightly older in style (although very clean and comfortable)
- The mosquitoes outside at times
But honestly, none of that took away from how wonderful this experience was overall.
This has genuinely been one of the most soul-refreshing environments I’ve ever experienced. It humbled me in the best way possible. I felt peaceful, rested, welcomed, and cared for throughout my entire stay.
I can confidently say I will 100% come back again and again, and I will absolutely recommend this resort to my friends and family.
And I genuinely mean every single word of this review. No exaggeration. No fake compliments. Just genuine appreciation for an incredible experience.
